Este absolut lipsit de importan�� dac� practica�i dhyana (medita�ia) asupra lui Dumnezeu sau asupra Sinelui, deoarece scopul ultim este acela�i. �n nici un fel nu pute�i sc�pa de Sine. Dac� vre�i s�-L vede�i pe Dumnezeu �n tot, nu �l ve�i vedea, de asemenea, �i �n voi �n�iv�? Dac� totul este Dumnezeu, nu sunte�i �i voi inclu�i �n El? Voi �n�iv� sunte�i Dumnezeu. Este at�t de surprinz�tor faptul c� totul este Dumnezeu? Aceast� metod� este indicat� �n Sri Bhagavata �i �n alte c�r�i.
